From first contact to final delivery
Initial Consultation
We pinpoint your vision and needs, then assess what's possible to create.
Design & Quote
Based on the consultation, we propose materials and provide a production estimate.
Pattern Making & Initial Fitting
From the approved design, we craft precise patterns and build an initial fabric sample for fitting.
Main Production
Based on the final approved design and patterns, we produce the costume using premium materials.
Final Fitting & Adjustment
We fit the finished costume to the client and make any fine adjustments needed.
Delivery & Aftercare
The finished costume is safely packaged and delivered, via courier, quick service, or hand delivery.

Rush commissions can be completed within 7 to 14 days. Typically it takes about 20 to 30 days, and during peak periods around 40 to 60 days. We'll confirm the exact schedule during your consultation.
It varies by the costume's complexity, materials, and timeline. We provide a detailed quote after consultation, and can also tailor a proposal to your budget.
Yes. In-person consultations are available at our studio in Cheonan, Chungnam, or at a location of the advertiser's choosing. You can also review material samples during the consultation.
We provide a measurement guide during the consultation. For remote clients, we walk you through detailed measurement methods, and arrange a fitting visit where possible.
Revisions are possible before the design is finalized, but if the design is changed once production is underway, a remake fee applies. Fit adjustments through model fittings are included in the cost.
Items are professionally packaged and shipped safely by courier. For specialty costumes, we create a dedicated case for protective packaging.
If an initial defect is found during inspection after delivery, we provide free aftercare. Once the costume has been used for events, ad shoots, and the like, aftercare is available for a fee.
